Aoi Shimizu vs Jun Sakata

Boxing Daily Report from the Japan’s Boxing promoted show at Nagoya Kawano, Nagoya,  taking place on 26/12/2039:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Aichi Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aoi Shimizu (15 - 12 - 5) who hails from Ichinomiya, Japan and Jun Sakata(6 - 9) from Ichinomiya, Japan.  Both Shimizu and Sakata weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Raiden Shimamoto, and the three ringside judges are Kazuki Yamamoto, Raiden Matsui and Raiden Okazaki.  

Round 1: 

Shimizu finds the target with a jab.  Shimizu throws an overhand right, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Shimizu sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Shimizu attempts to land a jab, but Sakata sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Sakata pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Shimizu's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Shimizu's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
