Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Pichincha promoted show at JW Marriott Hotel, Quito,  taking place on 29/12/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ecuador-Pichincha Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alfonso Gomez (24(1) - 15(11)) who hails from Quito, Ecuador and Joaquin Vences(28(2) - 9 - 2) from Quito, Ecuador.  Gomez weighed in at 237 pounds and 2 ounces, while Vences weighed in at 233 pounds and 11 ounces.
