Vidal Socorro vs Seferino Cedano

Boxing Daily Report from the Kavuta Promotions promoted show at Juarez Gonzalez, Juarez,  taking place on 03/01/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Chihuahua Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vidal Socorro (15(2) - 1) who hails from Juarez, Mexico and Seferino Cedano(19 - 1) from Juarez, Mexico.  Socorro weighed in at 118 pounds, while Cedano weighed in at 118 pounds And 9 ounces.    As Cedano came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Juan Romano, and the three ringside judges are Malvolio Pantano, Fanuco Lugo and Angel Morales.
