Waqar Tahir vs Kris Chinedu

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Anambra State promoted show at Onitsha Aliyu, Onitsha,  taking place on 03/01/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nigeria-Anambra State Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqar Tahir (19(3) - 0 - 1) who hails from Onitsha, Nigeria and Kris Chinedu(14 - 14) from Onitsha, Nigeria.  Both Tahir and Chinedu weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Segun Envoh, and the three ringside judges are Irfan Zogby, Chigozie Mostyn and Orji Obaretiri.
