Zafa Soomro vs Jay-Jay Babayaro

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Lagos State promoted show at Lagos Dilomprizulike, Lagos,  taking place on 04/01/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nigeria-Lagos State Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zafa Soomro (23 - 6(1) - 2) who hails from Lagos, Nigeria and Jay-Jay Babayaro(14 - 19 - 1) from Lagos, Nigeria.  Both Soomro and Babayaro weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Izunna Adeleke, and the three ringside judges are Theophilus Oparaku, Ike Okpara and Asif Shakir.

That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Babayaro.  That has caused a slight cut in the corner of the right eye.  .
