Boxing Daily Report from the African Boxing 2.0 promoted show at Gold Reef Entertainment Centre, Johannesburg,  taking place on 14/01/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the African Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Merrill de Lisle (34(31) - 1) who hails from Bamenda, Cameroon and Matt Ngcobo(21(17) - 12(6) - 1) from Soweto, South Africa.  Both de Lisle and Ngcobo weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gift Manyisa, and the three ringside judges are Quaashie Duncan, Cole Twala and John Masina.
