Pernell Carol vs Denton Keenor

Boxing Daily Report from the The Home of Boxing promoted show at Motorpoint Arena, Sheffield,  taking place on 29/01/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Pernell Carol (16(11) - 0) who hails from Anderlecht, Belgium and Denton Keenor(30(5) - 11(6)) from Luton, UK.  Both Carol and Keenor weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Colin Bowen, and the three ringside judges are Jack Keefe, Owen Wallace and Cody Biggs.  

Round 1: 

Keenor lands a cross.  
Carol steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body.

Carol closes the distance and connects with a nasty right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE KEENOR WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Carol is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Carol lands two left hooks followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES KEENOR!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  Keenor now seems to have got his legs back.  
Keenor hits home with a spiteful jab.  
Carol connects with a solid right hook.  
Carol walks Keenor down, trapping him on the ropes.  Carol connects with a stinging left uppercut.  
Keenor pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a ramrod jab.  
Carol lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.

Carol pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a sharp cross.

Keenor throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm right uppercut.

Carol is looking to close the distance and drives a telling right hook into Keenor's ribcage.  KEENOR IS HURT!

Carol quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Carol quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Keenor lands a double jab to his opponents head.  Keenor attempts to land a right uppercut, but Carol blocks the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Keenor lands with a ramrod jab.

Keenor attempts to land a left hook, but Carol parries the shot and counters with a VICIOUS left uppercut.  KEENOR WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Keenor quickly recovers. 
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Keenor's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Keenor's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

It looks like Keenor has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Keenor lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.
