Quiqui Gomez vs Emilio Carreon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Costa Rica-San Jose promoted show at San Jose Apollo, San Jose,  taking place on 13/01/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Costa Rica Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Repretel Channel 11, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Quiqui Gomez (6 - 14(2)) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Emilio Carreon(12 - 11(1) - 2) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  Both Gomez and Carreon weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oihane Clavijo, and the three ringside judges are Esteban Macario, Rodrigo Fanta and Sierra Abela.  

Round 1: 

Carreon lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Carreon steps inside and digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.
