Johnny Drummond vs Joel Connell

Boxing Daily Report from the DBA promoted show at New Orleans Grieves, New Orleans,  taking place on 14/01/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Louisiana Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Johnny Drummond (27 - 18(6) - 3) who hails from New Orleans, USA and Joel Connell(3 - 7(1) - 2) from New Orleans, USA.  Both Drummond and Connell weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Wayne Beaubien, and the three ringside judges are Ian Salton, Ian de Vigny and David Tullis.
