Haaris Gerges vs Aftab Kayyali

Boxing Daily Report from the AI UAE-Ash Shariqah promoted show at Sharjah Kahveci, Sharjah,  taking place on 19/01/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the UAE Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Abu Dhabi Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Haaris Gerges (21 - 8(2)) who hails from Sharjah, UAE and Aftab Kayyali(14 - 4 - 2) from Dubai, UAE.  Gerges weighed in at 118 pounds and 8 ounces, while Kayyali weighed in at 118 pounds.    As Gerges came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Saad Emami, and the three ringside judges are Zain Warraq, Abdul El-sayed and Zain Ibrahim.
