Francisco Palacios vs Xeres Riano

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Sofi Stadium, Los Angeles,  taking place on 03/03/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Americas Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Francisco Palacios (11(5) - 0) who hails from Torreon, Mexico and Xeres Riano(30(14) - 6(6) - 1) from Río Cuarto, Argentina.  Palacios weighed in at 140 pounds, while Riano weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rob Fulton, and the three ringside judges are Joey Brice, Lee Adee and Ian Pitcairn.
