Hideki Watanabe vs Hiro Anzai

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Osaka promoted show at Osaka Gima, Osaka,  taking place on 29/01/2040:

Clearly AI Japan-Osaka have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Osaka Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hideki Watanabe (20 - 16(1) - 10) who hails from Sakai, Japan and Hiro Anzai(12 - 10 - 3) from Sakai, Japan.  Both Watanabe and Anzai weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Akira Ando, and the three ringside judges are Yuji Koizumi, Hisao Sakai and Eiji Sakata.
