Hitoshi Mino vs Hikaru Shiba

Boxing Daily Report from the Fighting spirit promoted show at Hachioji Yoshioka, Hachioji,  taking place on 26/01/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Tokyo Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hitoshi Mino (13 - 27(1) - 7) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Hikaru Shiba(9 - 17 - 2) from Tokyo, Japan.  Both Mino and Shiba weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nao Goya, and the three ringside judges are Aki Fujii, Kenji Domen and Ryo Nagasawa.  

Round 1: 

Shiba hits home with a cross.  
Mino gets on the inside.  Shiba lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Shiba manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  Shiba quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Mino tries to step out of his opponents range and lands an overhand right.  
Shiba throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Mino's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Mino's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Shiba's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.
