Mike Emeagwali vs Julius Afonja

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Oyo State promoted show at Ibadan Kyari, Ibadan,  taking place on 29/01/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Oyo State Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mike Emeagwali (3 - 11 - 1) who hails from Ogbomosho, Nigeria and Julius Afonja(15 - 11(4) - 3) from Oyo, Nigeria.  Emeagwali weighed in at 140 pounds, while Afonja weighed in at 139 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Gazi Basa, and the three ringside judges are Jack Adenaike, Ikechukwu Gberu and Thompson Ifejiagwa.
