Blake Torry vs Danny Anderson

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Alberta promoted show at Aviation Museum, Edmonton,  taking place on 02/02/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Canada-Alberta Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Blake Torry (26(5) - 5(2)) who hails from Calgary, Canada and Danny Anderson(6 - 3 - 6) from Edmonton, Canada.  Torry weighed in at 241 pounds And 13 ounces, while Anderson weighed in at 247 pounds And 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is John Haddow, and the three ringside judges are Glynn Lyne, Campbell Marques and Chris Crear.  

Round 1: 

Torry advances into close range.  Anderson hits home with a left hook.  Torry clinches his opponent.  Anderson pushes his forearm into Torry's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Anderson to stop fouling.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Anderson has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Anderson tries to land a jab, but Torry slips the shot and counters with a left hook.
