Roman Alegre vs Gethin Tugade

Boxing Daily Report from the Knockout Promotions promoted show at Don Vincente Sotto Memorial Gym, Cebu City,  taking place on 05/02/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-Cebu Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Roman Alegre (24(1) - 1(1) - 1) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Gethin Tugade(5 - 0) from Lapu-Lapu, Philippines.  Alegre weighed in at 153 pounds and 15 ounces, while Tugade weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Ramon, and the three ringside judges are Fanuco Cabili, Vicente Graciano and Oihane Tatlonghari.
