Floyd Dewar vs Charlie Smith

Boxing Daily Report from the Mandale Boxing Promotions promoted show at Harbour View Stadium, Kingston,  taking place on 17/02/2040:

Clearly Mandale Boxing Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Jamaica Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Hype TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Floyd Dewar (28(21) - 1) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and Charlie Smith(30(6) - 12(2)) from New Kingston, Jamaica.  Both Dewar and Smith weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John French, and the three ringside judges are Jacob Pye, Oliver Hedley and John Woodburn.  

Round 1: 

Dewar hits the target with a hard jab.  
Smith advances into close range.  Smith sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Dewar throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.
