Cortez Rondon vs Edward Linton

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Louisiana promoted show at New Orleans Philip, New Orleans,  taking place on 07/02/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Louisiana Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cortez Rondon (10 - 5(4)) who hails from Shreveport, USA and Edward Linton(7 - 10(1) - 1) from New Orleans, USA.  Both Rondon and Linton weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Salton, and the three ringside judges are Arthur Tran, Ian de Vigny and Jonathan Setton.
