Vicente Taveras vs Xaverius Leon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Carabobo promoted show at Valencia Galvez, Valencia,  taking place on 06/02/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Carabobo Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vicente Taveras (25(3) - 8(1)) who hails from Valencia, Venezuela and Xaverius Leon(12 - 5(1) - 2) from Valencia, Venezuela.  Taveras weighed in at 147 pounds, while Leon weighed in at 147 pounds And 11 ounces.    As Leon came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Leonardo Prospero, and the three ringside judges are Felippe Ledo, Vicente Quintanar and Elias Irene.
