Kir Balaban vs Fedir Kosko

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ukraine-Kiev Oblast promoted show at Kiev Boczar, Kiev,  taking place on 07/02/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ukraine-Kiev Oblast Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kir Balaban (20(6) - 3(1)) who hails from Kiev, Ukraine and Fedir Kosko(19 - 4(2)) from Kiev, Ukraine.  Balaban weighed in at 201 pounds and 2 ounces, while Kosko weighed in at 200 pounds.    As Balaban came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Kir Mozgov, and the three ringside judges are Alik Markow, Sergey Chura and Aleksei Karasev.
