Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Kentucky promoted show at Lexington Kellis, Lexington,  taking place on 07/02/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Lloyd Wadle (6(2) - 0) who hails from Lexington, USA and Ollie Aitkens(7 - 11(1) - 8) from Louisville, USA.  Both Wadle and Aitkens weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michael Harkins, and the three ringside judges are Mark Coppin, Mark Malis and John Erskin.

Wadle closes the distance.  Wadle quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Wadle is on target with a solid right uppercut to Aitkens's body.  Wadle holds on to his opponent.  Wadle leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Wadle's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Wadle is looking to close the distance and manouvers Aitkens into the blue corner.  Wadle lands a stinging left hook.  
Wadle lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  Wadle holds on to his opponent.  Wadle tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Aitkens behind the head. The ref breaks Wadle's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Wadle knows Aitkens is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Wadle digs in a powerful left uppercut to his opponents body.  DOWN GOES AITKENS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Aitkens now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Aitkens's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Aitkens's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Aitkens's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.
