Diego Botero vs Senon Magallanes

Boxing Daily Report from the Dan Archet Stable promoted show at Estadio Maracana, Panama City,  taking place on 07/04/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Max, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Botero (12(6) - 0) who hails from Alicante, Spain and Senon Magallanes(19 - 10(3) - 5) from Bogota, Colombia.  Botero weighed in at 227 pounds and 1 ounces, while Magallanes weighed in at 227 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Trigo, and the three ringside judges are Jose Garzon, Rio Mazariegos and Santiago Messa.  

Round 1: 

Botero feints a left hook, and then is on target with a stinging overhand right.  
Magallanes closes the distance.  Botero lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Botero clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Botero pushes his forearm into Magallanes's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Botero to stop fouling.  Botero attempts to land a left hook, but Magallanes sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Magallanes gets on the inside.  Botero drives a solid left hook into his opponents liver.  Botero ties up his opponent.  Botero leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Botero switches the action to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Botero feints a left hook, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Magallanes advances into close range.  Botero pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands two left hook's to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Botero throws a left uppercut, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Botero clinches his opponent.  Botero uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Magallanes behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Botero about fouling.  
Magallanes closes the distance.  Botero pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Magallanes walks Botero down, trapping him on the ropes.  Botero lands two right hooks followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Botero ties up his opponent.  Botero is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Botero and breaks the clinch.  
Magallanes gets on the inside.  Botero lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Botero lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Magallanes is looking to close the distance.  Botero hits home with a solid left hook.  
Botero lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Botero tries to step out of his opponents range and lands with a sharp jab.  
Magallanes advances into close range.  Botero is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Botero tries to keep the action at long range.  Botero feints a cross, and then lands a cross.  
Botero finds the target with a jab.  
Botero sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a FEROCIOUS cross.  MAGALLANES IS HURT!  Magallanes almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Botero lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Magallanes quickly recovers. 
Botero drives a solid jab into his opponents face.  
Botero steps away from his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands an overhand right, jab and an overhand right to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Magallanes's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Magallanes's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Botero switches the action to the outside.  Botero feints a right hook, and then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Magallanes advances into close range.  Botero lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  He then lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Botero tries to step out of his opponents range.  Botero feints a right, and then lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Magallanes closes the distance.  Botero lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Botero steps to the outside and lands a stinging jab.  
Botero lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Botero connects with a sharp overhand right.  
Magallanes closes the distance.  Botero lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND SENDS MAGALLANES TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Magallanes quickly recovers. 
Botero steps to the outside and finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Magallanes advances into close range.  Botero pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Magallanes forces Botero to retreat into the red corner.  Botero senses Magallanes is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Botero DETONATES a mean right uppercut on his opponents face.  MAGALLANES IS DOWN!  HE MAKES IT TO ONE KNEE, BUT IS UNABLE TO RISE ANY FURTHER AS THE REF COUNTS 10!  The winner by KO is Botero!
