Lewis Ndongala vs Herreman Retief

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Gold Reef Entertainment Centre, Johannesburg,  taking place on 13/02/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Lewis Ndongala (17(12) - 8(6) - 1) who hails from Tembisa, South Africa and Herreman Retief(17 - 13(8) - 1) from Boksburg, South Africa.  Both Ndongala and Retief weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Johnny Kamalebo, and the three ringside judges are Quannell Poku, Charel Cilliers and Michael Karabaja.  

Round 1: 

Retief throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.
