Amer Mallick vs Syed Wajdi

Boxing Daily Report from the UAE Boxing promoted show at Al Ain Awan, Al Ain,  taking place on 13/02/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the UAE Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Abu Dhabi Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Amer Mallick (22(1) - 9(3) - 1) who hails from Sharjah, UAE and Syed Wajdi(16 - 8(1) - 1) from Abu Dhabi, UAE.  Both Mallick and Wajdi weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Atif Jameel, and the three ringside judges are Asif Burkitt, Aftab Nicoy and Rehman Salaam.
