Vermont Fauteux vs John Hanlin

Boxing Daily Report from the Basemera Promotions promoted show at Garner Perec Gym, Laval,  taking place on 16/02/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-Quebec Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vermont Fauteux (7 - 2(1) - 1) who hails from Lonueuil, Canada and John Hanlin(5 - 21(3) - 5) from Montreal, Canada.  Fauteux weighed in at 174 pounds And 15 ounces, while Hanlin weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Johnny Smith, and the three ringside judges are Vivien de Beauvoir, Aramis Duvauchelle and Ferrand Pradon.
