Farhan Faraj vs Paul Ambayon

Boxing Daily Report from the Omaboe Promotions promoted show at Antipolo Ante, Antipolo,  taking place on 28/02/2040:

Clearly Omaboe Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Farhan Faraj (21(18) - 0) who hails from Omaha, USA and Paul Ambayon(2 - 5(1)) from Pasig, Philippines.  Both Faraj and Ambayon weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pablo Pomales, and the three ringside judges are Seth Ralutin, Paul Riano and Santiago Perales.  

Round 1: 

Faraj gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Faraj lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Faraj lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Faraj advances into close range.  Faraj wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Ambayon has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.  
Faraj is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Faraj attempts to land a right hook, but Ambayon dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Faraj closes the distance and connects with a sharp left hook.  
Ambayon hits home with a right hook.  
Faraj walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Faraj digs in a sharp left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Faraj quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Faraj drives a solid right uppercut into Ambayon's ribcage.  
Faraj lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Faraj advances into close range and is on target with a solid left hook.  
Faraj sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Faraj is on target with a left hook to Ambayon's ribs.  
Faraj digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Faraj steps inside and lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
Faraj cuts off the ring, trapping Ambayon in the corner.  Faraj lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Faraj closes the distance.  Faraj pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ambayon's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Ambayon's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Ambayon's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Faraj lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Ambayon quickly recovers. 
Faraj tries to land a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Ambayon sidesteps to the left of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Faraj advances into close range and digs in a solid left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Faraj hits home with a cross.  
Faraj quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Faraj is on target with a firm left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Faraj closes the distance and drives a firm left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Faraj is looking to close the distance and connects with a left hook.  
Faraj is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Faraj lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Faraj clinches his opponent.  Faraj is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Faraj is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Faraj lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Some sustained pressure from Faraj could be enough to finish Ambayon!  Faraj lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head, AND KNOCKS AMBAYON DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  Ambayon now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Faraj hits home with a sharp cross.  Faraj tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Faraj closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Faraj closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Faraj lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.

Ambayon gets on the inside.  Faraj lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Faraj lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS AMBAYON SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Faraj!
