Fo-hai Liew vs Uang Chen

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Henan promoted show at Anyang Huaqiang Hotel, Anyang,  taking place on 19/02/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Henan Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fo-hai Liew (5 - 6 - 1) who hails from Zhengzhou, China and Uang Chen(11 - 8 - 3) from Anyang, China.  Liew weighed in at 117 pounds and 14 ounces, while Chen weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tung Suen, and the three ringside judges are Yuan Kiang, Ming Ken and Xing-fu Kwan.
