Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Northern Region promoted show at Lira Tamusuza, Lira,  taking place on 20/02/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Eastern African Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Laken Kipkurui (24 - 11(3) - 3) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Okapi Pojok(28(3) - 6 - 4) from Lira, Uganda.  Both Kipkurui and Pojok weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ricky Ssekimwanyi, and the three ringside judges are Alastair Pbitek, Declan Mukooza and James Bourdillon.
