Li-Liang Shao vs Manchu Soong

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Hubei promoted show at Liang Jo Gym, Wuhan,  taking place on 19/02/2040:

Clearly AI China-Hubei have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the China-Hubei Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Li-Liang Shao (18 - 21(1) - 6) who hails from Xiangyang, China and Manchu Soong(9 - 8(1) - 3) from Wuhan, China.  Shao weighed in at 147 pounds, while Soong weighed in at 146 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Yu How, and the three ringside judges are Jiang Zai, Yuan Leng and Zhu Sung.
