Isamu Okawa vs Yasushi Tsuji

Boxing Daily Report from the Japan’s Boxing promoted show at Ochiai Park Gymnasium, Kasugai,  taking place on 25/02/2040:

Clearly Japan’s Boxing have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Isamu Okawa (4 - 0 - 1) who hails from Yokohama, Japan and Yasushi Tsuji(14 - 1 - 1) from Suita, Japan.  Okawa weighed in at 116 pounds And 15 ounces, while Tsuji weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kenji Matsushima, and the three ringside judges are Mikio Tobe, Yuichi Kodama and Raiden Sando.
