Thierry Char vs Henri Maillard

Boxing Daily Report from the Mnyamane Promotions promoted show at Abobo Oliver, Abobo,  taking place on 23/02/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ivory Coast-Lagunes Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Thierry Char (12 - 12 - 5) who hails from Abidjan, Ivory Coast and Henri Maillard(21 - 10(1) - 4) from Abobo, Ivory Coast.  Both Char and Maillard weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jean Romand, and the three ringside judges are Reinald Gillard, Antoine Deneuve and Travis Bay.
