Phillippe Cocteau vs Quennel Tasso

Boxing Daily Report from the AI France-Upper Normandy promoted show at Rouen Voisin, Rouen,  taking place on 29/02/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the France-Upper Normandy Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Phillippe Cocteau (27(2) - 0 - 1) who hails from Le Havre, France and Quennel Tasso(5 - 4 - 2) from Le Havre, France.  Both Cocteau and Tasso weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Laramie Maillard, and the three ringside judges are Denis Perrault, Sorrel Carel and Algernon Nodine.
