Beltran Blas vs Jax Rayas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Mexico State promoted show at Ecatepec Mireles, Ecatepec,  taking place on 27/02/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico-Mexico State Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Beltran Blas (28 - 11(2) - 1) who hails from Tlalnepantla, Mexico and Jax Rayas(3 - 7 - 1) from Ecatepec, Mexico.  Both Blas and Rayas weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Licona, and the three ringside judges are Federico Villegas, Santiago Montalvan and Noe Moreno.
