Fresco Tacuyan vs Vicente Socarras

Boxing Daily Report from the Asian Boxing promoted show at Batangas City Tumaneng, Batangas City,  taking place on 29/02/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Batangas Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fresco Tacuyan (11(2) - 1 - 1) who hails from Lipa, Philippines and Vicente Socarras(5 - 3) from Batangas City, Philippines.  Both Tacuyan and Socarras weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Edmundo Eusebio, and the three ringside judges are Guillermo Langkin, Denton Hinahon and Diego Dacuno.
