Sargent Giroud vs Odil Jobert

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Senegal-Dakar promoted show at Gage Herard Gym, Dakar,  taking place on 04/03/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Senegal-Dakar Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sargent Giroud (9 - 5 - 1) who hails from Pikine, Senegal and Odil Jobert(17(2) - 16(3)) from Dakar, Senegal.  Both Giroud and Jobert weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Holland Signate, and the three ringside judges are Dominique Le Roy Ladurie, Ranger Angrand and Reinald Mbow.  

Round 1: 

Jobert advances into close range and is on target with a firm left uppercut.  
Giroud retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Jobert is whaling away with hooks, but Giroud keeps his defence tight.  Jobert is on target with a firm right hook.
