Xeres Bula vs Seferino Chapa

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Tamaulipas promoted show at Gimnasio UAT, Reynosa,  taking place on 29/02/2040:

Clearly AI Mexico-Tamaulipas have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xeres Bula (29 - 8(5) - 1(NC)) who hails from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and Seferino Chapa(20 - 17 - 1) from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.  Both Bula and Chapa weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xavier Alverez, and the three ringside judges are Angel Albo, Xavier Alverez and Cisco Socarras.
