Jalil Amer vs Elman Mousa

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uzbekistan-Toshkent Shahri promoted show at Toshkent Djamshidov, Toshkent,  taking place on 07/03/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uzbekistan-Toshkent Shahri Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jalil Amer (13 - 7 - 4) who hails from Toshkent, Uzbekistan and Elman Mousa(16 - 12(1) - 5) from Toshkent, Uzbekistan.  Amer weighed in at 140 pounds, while Mousa weighed in at 140 pounds and 11 ounces.    As Mousa came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Qalib Habib, and the three ringside judges are Ahmed Saryev, Akif Khalili and Konstantin Abduragimov.
