Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Northern Region promoted show at Gulu Namuyangu, Gulu,  taking place on 10/03/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Uganda-Northern Region Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Khalon Ankole (26 - 10(8) - 1) who hails from Lira, Uganda and Duante Ssegwanyi(25(6) - 15(1) - 2) from Lira, Uganda.  Ankole weighed in at 147 pounds and 14 ounces, while Ssegwanyi weighed in at 147 pounds.    As Ankole came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Uland Msuya, and the three ringside judges are Quarren Adubango, Greg Kibaki and Jamie Orru.
