Glynn Ragadio vs Alejandro Cornelio

Boxing Daily Report from the Run Forficula promoted show at HCDC Gym, Davao City,  taking place on 11/03/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Glynn Ragadio (18 - 11(1) - 2) who hails from Quezon City, Philippines and Alejandro Cornelio(25 - 7(3) - 1) from Taytay, Philippines.  Both Ragadio and Cornelio weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quin Agbisit, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Omapoy, Paul Lacdao and Ian Cabili.  

Round 1: 

Cornelio feints a left hook, and then lands with a hard jab.  
Ragadio closes the distance.  Cornelio lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Ragadio digs in a left hook to Cornelio's liver.  
Cornelio attempts to land a jab, but Ragadio blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Cornelio walks his opponent down, trapping him in the blue corner.  Cornelio connects with a left hook.  
Cornelio pivots from in front of his opponent.  Cornelio throws a left hook, but is not on target.  Cornelio clinches his opponent.  Cornelio leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Cornelio's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Cornelio hits home with a hard jab.  
Cornelio advances into close range.  Cornelio throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Ragadio time to recover.
