Boxing Daily Report from the Skebenga Corp promoted show at El-Kanemi Stadium, Maiduguri,  taking place on 17/03/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ifeanyi Akinjide (18(1) - 2(1)) who hails from Benin City, Nigeria and Bright Garuba(33 - 4 - 4) from Benin City, Nigeria.  Both Akinjide and Garuba weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Syed Hariri, and the three ringside judges are Patrick Ekoku, Zain Faraj and Thompson Ezenwaka.
