Viktor Baizhanbaev vs Petro Popovich

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at SM MOA Arena, Manila,  taking place on 25/03/2040:

Clearly Ringside Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Viktor Baizhanbaev (21(19) - 1(1)) who hails from Bokhtar, Tajikistan and Petro Popovich(17(5) - 8(5)) from Kiev, Ukraine.  Baizhanbaev weighed in at 175 pounds, while Popovich weighed in at 174 pounds And 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ivan Delasin, and the three ringside judges are Gervasio Bague, Juan Pangilinan and John Sabile.
