Santiago Grego vs Nicandro Penso

Boxing Daily Report from the Bapela Promotions promoted show at Curitiba Lagos, Curitiba,  taking place on 18/03/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Brazil-Parana Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Grego (2 - 2 - 2) who hails from Curitiba, Brazil and Nicandro Penso(10(4) - 2 - 1) from Curitiba, Brazil.  Grego weighed in at 168 pounds, while Penso weighed in at 167 pounds And 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Isidro Malta, and the three ringside judges are Neper Soza, Ximen Chaparro and Sagaz Dias.  

Round 1: 

Penso is on target with a cross to Grego's body.  
Penso lands a left hook followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Penso is looking to close the distance.  Penso sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Penso lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Penso holds on to his opponent.  Penso is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Penso pushes his forearm into Grego's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Penso to stop fouling.  Penso throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.

Penso is on target with a right hook to Grego's body.  Penso holds on to his opponent.  Grego throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. Penso leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Penso tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Grego behind the head.
