Daichi Funai vs Yutaka Miyahara

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium, Tokyo,  taking place on 31/03/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Daichi Funai (16(9) - 3(2)) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Yutaka Miyahara(11 - 2(1)) from Kyoto, Japan.  Funai weighed in at 168 pounds, while Miyahara weighed in at 167 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jiro Iwasaki, and the three ringside judges are Hikaru Mikami, Takeo Kibe and Hitoshi Taira.
