Angel Casas vs Rodrigo Patron

Boxing Daily Report from the South American Boxing Association promoted show at Santiago de los Caba Camino, Santiago de los Caballeros,  taking place on 23/03/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Santiago Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Angel Casas (5 - 16 - 4) who hails from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic and Rodrigo Patron(7 - 19 - 3) from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.  Both Casas and Patron weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ivan Laris, and the three ringside judges are Sagaz Mieras, Roman Avendano and Rogelio Coca.  

Round 1: 

Patron attempts to land a jab, but Casas slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Casas hits home with a right uppercut.

Patron wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Casas dabs at his face checking for damage.  Casas has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Patron advances into close range.  Casas hits home with a left hook.  
Casas backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Patron is whaling away with hooks, but Casas keeps his defence tight.
