Leeroy Entrekin vs Joey Holme

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Percival Molson Memorial Stadium, Montreal,  taking place on 03/03/2040:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Leeroy Entrekin (0 - 0) who hails from Winnipeg, Canada and Joey Holme(4 - 9 - 1) from Winnipeg, Canada.  Entrekin weighed in at 134 pounds and 15 ounces, while Holme weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sid Leys, and the three ringside judges are Carvell Brame, Destin Dauphin and Michael Patillo.  

Round 1: 

Holme quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Entrekin lands a jab to the head, a cross to the body and a jab to the head.

Entrekin is looking to close the distance.  Entrekin lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  As Entrekin tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Holme dabs at his face checking for damage.
