Owen Cherigat vs Vincent Akula

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kiambu promoted show at Kikuyu Gachu, Kikuyu,  taking place on 29/03/2040:

Clearly AI Kenya-Kiambu have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Kiambu Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Owen Cherigat (5 - 7(1) - 1) who hails from Kikuyu, Kenya and Vincent Akula(2 - 16) from Kikuyu, Kenya.  Cherigat weighed in at 140 pounds, while Akula weighed in at 139 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sam Ngugi, and the three ringside judges are Elliot Icharia, Jay Karanja and Elliot Icharia.
