Vicente Masias vs Seferino Plasencia

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Baja California promoted show at Tijuana Cazarez, Tijuana,  taking place on 28/03/2040:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico-Baja California Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vicente Masias (7 - 14 - 4) who hails from Tijuana, Mexico and Seferino Plasencia(3 - 12 - 2) from Ensenada, Mexico.  Masias weighed in at 104 pounds And 5 ounces, while Plasencia weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Valdes, and the three ringside judges are Lisandro Castellanos, Santiago Ponce and Santiago Barabas.
