Claudio De Piccoli vs Fino Rangone

Boxing Daily Report from the Sowah Promotions promoted show at Naples La Torre, Naples,  taking place on 04/04/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Italy-Campania Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Claudio De Piccoli (35(16) - 7(2) - 1) who hails from Naples, Italy and Fino Rangone(15 - 23(2) - 5) from Naples, Italy.  Both De Piccoli and Rangone weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fausto Rastrelli, and the three ringside judges are Antonio Capodicasa, Francesco Violante and Mario Sciglio.  

Round 1: 

De Piccoli lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.

Rangone steps inside.  Rangone is starting to lose his temper here.   He steps inside, but then strikes De Piccoli with his head!  That has caused swelling  around the left eye.  The ref halts the action and sends De Piccoli to the neutral corner.    He tells Rangone to stop fouling or face a points deduction.

Rangone gets on the inside and forces De Piccoli to back into the ropes.  De Piccoli connects with a nasty left uppercut.  RANGONE HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 6.

De Piccoli lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Rangone quickly recovers. 
De Piccoli lands a FEARSOME cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE RANGONE WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Rangone steps inside.  Some sustained pressure from De Piccoli could be enough to finish Rangone!  De Piccoli lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND RANGONE IS DOWN!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is De Piccoli!
