Michael Peters vs Edward Inch

Boxing Daily Report from the Top Rank promoted show at St. Petersburg Cant, St. Petersburg,  taking place on 07/04/2040:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Florida Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Michael Peters (11 - 13 - 4) who hails from Coral Springs, USA and Edward Inch(8 - 8 - 6) from Miami, USA.  Both Peters and Inch weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Hanlin, and the three ringside judges are Kenzie Calley, Mason Valcarcel and Arran Huntress.  

Round 1: 

Peters switches the action to the outside.  Peters quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a jab.  
Inch gets on the inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Inch lands a left hook.  
Peters is on target with a left hook to Inch's ribs.  
Peters steps to the outside and throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Peters finds the target with a jab.  
Inch gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Peters switches the action to the outside and attempts to land a cross, but Inch sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Peters steps away from his opponent and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Peters's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Peters's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Inch's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.
