Harvey Griff vs Richie Proudfoot

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Manitoba promoted show at Winnipeg Budge, Winnipeg,  taking place on 05/04/2040:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Canada-Manitoba Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Harvey Griff (32 - 4(1)) who hails from Winnipeg, Canada and Richie Proudfoot(7 - 12 - 4) from Winnipeg, Canada.  Griff weighed in at 140 pounds and 15 ounces, while Proudfoot weighed in at 140 pounds.    As Griff came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.
